Our graduate trainees undertake a rotation program that allows them to work in various areas of the company and in different parts of the country. During each rotation they are provided with a mentor who guides them to achieve the objectives of each temporary assignment. The mentor will also evaluate their performance and the value that they contribute. When the training program is completed, trainees can apply for relevant positions in the company with a job offer based on the performance evaluation and the candidates individual leadership qualities.
