Graduate Program

About the program

Our graduate trainees undertake a rotation program that allows them to work in various areas of the company and in different parts of the country. During each rotation they are provided with a mentor who guides them to achieve the objectives of each temporary assignment. The mentor will also evaluate their performance and the value that they contribute. When the training program is completed, trainees can apply for relevant positions in the company with a job offer based on the performance evaluation and the candidates individual leadership qualities.

Graduate profile – what we look for

We look for young enthusiastic, proactive people who are ready to face challenges in a spirit of teamwork that contribute to the development and growth of our organization. We require our trainees to:

• be recently graduated or advanced students
• have the ability to  handle interpersonal relationships in a proactive way
• have excellent communication skills including oral and written command of English
• be willing to travel
• have an affinity with the values that guide Louis Dreyfus Company, namely diversity, entrepreneurship, commitment and humility.
